I grew up in Port Angeles, Washington where I started my work career dusting shelved at my dad's auto parts store. I moved up to helping with inventory, delivering parts, and eventually helping with the daily running of the business including bookkeeping. I went to the University of Washington where I took a variety of courses including accounting and business courses and received my Bachelor's Degree in 2003. I worked at Lum's Auto Center doing accounts receivable and payable and Wauna Credit Union as a loan officer. I have also been Treasurer and President of many non-profits in the Astoria area.
I have taken some time off to spend time with my family, but have now gone back to bookkeeping. Growing up in a family of two business owners has helped me understand the help business owners need in order to concentrate on their passion and business needs.
